Hi Agnes,

Please check again to make sure you did finish data migration in step #6 and you did reindex the data successfully after migration.

Hi Agnes,
I have checked the backend of your site and saw the issue you mentioned. This is strange.
Please provide me:
- SSH credentials of your M2 instance
- Let me know the path to the M2 folder.
I will help to check further and get back to you then.
PS. Please make sure you mark your reply private, then only you and our technical team can access it.

Hi there,
I have tried to reindex the data in your instance by running the following CLI command:
php -dmemory_limit=-1 -f bin/magento indexer:reindex;
And the issue was solved: https://prnt.sc/v1ou2i
Let’s have a look again.

Hi Agnes,
Exception occurred during order load
When I tried to reindex the data in your site again, I saw this issue: http://prntscr.com/v48lg6
No linked stock found
After that, in your M2 backend, I navigated to the Stores > Stocks management, clicked to edit the ‘Default Stock’. I have editted from this setting: https://prnt.sc/v48jwo
to this setting: https://prnt.sc/v48mjq
And then the indexers were fully reindexed successfully: http://prntscr.com/v48n51
And the issue you mentioned when viewing a sales order was solved too: http://prntscr.com/v48npl
Please check again.

Mall.

Hi Agnes,
We’re glad that it helped.
Please move forward with the process at your end. If you need our further assistance, please get back to us here.
PS. In case you plan to implement a mega menu or one step checkout functionalities, please take a look at our M2 extensions to see if they are a good match.
