Hi, I purchased the pro version as we needed the tool to work on our Nginx server and also for the customer data import.
I am still getting error 404 on the page in the admin area, Is there a support email I can contact and get this problem debugged and fixed?

Let’s re-check the folder/files permission again, seem you got issues with folders and files permission.
Also, if it is not solved after change folder/files permission to folder = 755 and files = 644. Let’s provide me the admin and SSH credentials of your Magento 2.

Seem you have just changed your Vhost settings. To solve that issue let’s do as below:
+ Open the config file of our tool at ‘pub/ub-tool/protected/config/main.php’
and find to the config line (#25):
'showScriptName'=>false,
and replace it by the code line:
'showScriptName'=>true,
Please do it and let’s me know how it goes.
