When uploading the UB Data Migration Pro files to my site via Filevilla I get 29 files that fail to upload with error “Failed to open file for reading”.

You should upload the downloaded .zip file to your M2 web root folder first, and extract such .zip file to your M2 folder.

I was following the video tutorial and must of missed that part. I got it to work but am having another issue connecting to the source database. My source site and target site are both hosted by Nexcess but on different servers. I set permissions on the database, whitelisted the ips and set user permissions. When I try connecting with the extension I get a timeout error. What do you think the issue is?
I had to set an outbound whitelist for both servers. Everything working good now.
