I really don’t understand you instructions to install extensions in Magento.
Were did I put all ziped extensions?
You talk about a directory named “mage_ext” in the Magento root folder but I did see it?
I have created it and have dowloaded all unzipped extensions in it… without success I can see any extension in Magento Configuration.
It’s very not clear! Hope your support is better then your documentation.

Extension Installation
1. Copy all the folders of each extension folder in mage_ext to the root of your Magento site folder on the server.
2. Login to your Admin Panel on the stage localhost: //localhost/magento/index.php/admin/.
3. Navigate to System >> Configuration.
4. To enable an actual extension, in the JoomlArt section, enter this one’s tab and set Enable to “Yes”.

Please following my steps to extension install
[Example: SlideshowV2.v1.2.0 extension]
Step 1: Install magento fresh
Step 2.: Download SlideshowV2.v1.2.0 package, name package download is ” Bookshop”
Step 3: Unzip “Bookshop” package
Step 4: Open ” Bookshop” file which you were unzip
Step 5: Unzip ” SlideshowV2.v1.2.0″ package
Step 6: Open ” SlideshowV2.v1.2.0″ file which you were unzip
Step 7: Open ” JMSlideshowV2″ file
Step 8: Copy ” skin and app” file, after upload the files to your Web server’s document root. These files will overwrite default folders skin and app in your Magento folder. (image detail: http://static.ubertheme.com/support/upload_app_skin_folders.png)
Step 9: Log into your Magento Admin area (ex: http://static.ubertheme.com/support/extension_installation.png)
Step 10: Navigate to System >> Configuration.
Step 11: The installed extensions will show off. To enter the extension configuration page, click the extension’s name tab. [Finished]
