 Home page is corrected, Layout Update XML is empty, content is empty, custom design is empty. Have try 3 times to install Quickinstall and all 3 times the home page is corrected, Layout Update XML is empty, content is empty, custom design is empty.
 
Can you please send over coding for 
Layout Update XML

I am sorry for not getting your points. It would be awesome if you can possibly include URL of your site and a screenshot with detailed explanation. I am happy to help you out.
I see you site is Magento 1.9.2. But the JM Wall from us still 1.9.0. Please try send me trouble you are see now.

On the CMS/pages/home-page : Edit Page ‘Home page
On the left panel: Content: Is empty
On the left Panel: Design: Page Layout: Layout Update XML
On the left panel : Custom Design: Custom Layout Update XML
All the blocks are empty. I think it suppose to have coding for the Home page.
