Hi There,
To change to color in MegaMenu you need to know some code in LESS.
Please go to the file: app/code/Ubertheme/UbMegaMenu/view/frontend/web/css/source/module/_horizontal.less and change color you want to. I can’t tell exactly because don’t know your site and what exactly item you want to change.
