I want to add multiple vendors to my site.Each vendors should have options to update there products and sale.Is it possible?

The store should have options for registering sellers and update their product.From admin side option for approve newly registered sellers,product they updated and track all activities.The store admin have options for setting some profit percentage from each sale.This is the idea.Is it possible?
