Is it possible to migrate without MSI enabled

Hi,
We want to migrate a large Magento 1 webshop for our customer and we want to do this with your Tool. 
We think there would be a problem, when migrating products, because we use the replacement in composer.json for the Magento2 crap like MSI and other third party extensions.
So the MSI PHP Classes and DB tables like “inventory_source_item” wouldn’t exist in the project. Is it possible to migrate with your Tool without installing MSI, because your tool is based on MSI.
