JM BaseTheme Profile switch fails - An error occurred while Creating the profile !

Hello,

Problem: When I try to change the JM BaseTheme profile in the Magento Backend via System > JM Basetheme, and then choose e.g. the red profile and clicke "Save configuration" the error "An error occurred while Creating the profile !" is shown.

I bought the JM Siotis theme recently on joomlart.com and need this customization possibility urgently to finish some customer work.

Anybody an idea what is going wrong?

I run Magento 1.7.0.2

Hi Daniel,

you can try to set the writeable permission for the folder of app\design\frontend\default\jm_siotis\profiles as well as all it’s sub-folders and files, if that does not help you can pm me your url, the admin account and FTP info, I will check it further for you
