I migrated the store and almost everything went well.
But categories arent showing in menu, and if I enter category url fe https://dev1.aquariumvissenwinkel.nl/zoetwater-vissen it creating a search query and not going to the category page.

That was because you have not assigned the migrated Root Category to the current default Store of default Website in your M2 instance yet. You can check this settings in Stores management in your M2 backend again.
After you assigned the needed Root Category for current default Store, you need to reindex the data again and clean M2 cache.
