Now I have to wait for phone support at Byte.nl hosting provider, I tried to install the UB data migration tool (v3.0.6) on a fresh Magento 2 instance on Amazon AWS (powered by Bitnami) but it’s giving me and error when running this command: php -f bin/magento setup:upgrade
I see this error:

Notice: Undefined index: host in /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs/app/code/
Ubertheme/Ubdatamigration/Setup/UBMigrationSetup.php on line 269
Now the server has become unreachable and I can’t access ANYTHING at all:
There has been an error processing your request
Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.
Error log record number: 174399352863
I just send you the following information through private message:
- Admin credentials for backend
- SSH credentials
- Web root folder path
Please help me.

Please consider to have your subscription renewed. It has expired for long since Feb 15, 2017.
Our technical support requires active subscription though. Also you will get access to the latest UB Data Migration v3.0.9 which we’ve just released three days ago.

I tried to install your extension on Google Cloud Platform because our current OVH hosting provider seems to have very bad performance.
So I create a GCP instance with sub domain name (dev.xxxx.xxx) to avoid problem with your licence and to make some test in similar condition with same extension installed and same database volume.

That issue was because your M2’s instance has special database settings. Please submit a new private ticket and provide me the following credentials:
+ Admin url, admin and SSH credentials
+ Let us know the path of your web root folder to your M2 instance.

Yes, it would be best to proceed data migration on a good performance server. This will improve the data migration performance.
