Only the first product is being migrated

Hi,
I purchased the migration tool earlier today, and the beginning of the process was great. Unfortunately, only the first product in the Magento 1.7 database is being migrated and everything else is stalling. How can I fix this?

The initial start of step 5 imported only one product. I deleted that product and kept trying, but got the same result.

Hi there,
I am sorry for our late reply as we’ve just been back to work from our weekend. 
I have checked further and found an issue with the installation of our migration tool:

PHP Error[2]: include(Mage2CatalogProductEntityMediaGalleryValueToEntity.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file 

The error indicates that the required PHP file of our tool was missing in your instance, which is the root of issue on data migration in the step #5 (Migrating Products).
Thus, please help to reinstall our migration tool in a new M2 instance once again. I know this takes you extra time, however it is necessary to avoid unexpected issues due to the missing file(s). 
Regarding the DNA, at a later phase that you need our technical assistance to debug any upcoming issues, we will sign the DNA and send over to you. For now, please follow the reinstallation step above first.
