problem on categories if is anchor

Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding the categories page, on grid mode.

If I put “is anchor” the image on the top disappears, for instance here http://test.mibabyclub.com/index.php/tienda-bebes/juguetes-infantiles/juguetes-educativos.html

And second, how do I edit this image and the text inside the blue label?? I can’t find it!!
