Hi,
When I upload a product image it seems to be forcing a 250×250 dimension, even though the template settings specify a 250×375 dimension. I am running a multi-store setup and have checked my settings at each level, all look correct. Only the product page seems to be affected. Thumbnails on the home page are fine. Screenshot of the frontend issue.
Any ideas or advice?

Probably your uploaded images are too small, smaller than 250px so you see the image displays that way, please try with bigger ones.
I can confirm the image I’m uploading is 499×750 (as shown in the template placeholders.)
I’m so sorry, this issue had nothing to do with the Siotis template. It was the 3rd party light box I am using that was forcing the 250×250 dimension. Completely my mistake.
