Hi There,
Please go to the file: app\design\frontend\Ubertheme\megamall\Ubertheme_UbMegaMenu\web\css\source\module\_vertical.less at line 17 and change the height like you want to.
Remember re-compile the LESS to CSS. And clean the cache.

How do I compile the less to css?
I have run setup:static-content:deploy and then cleaned the cache but that does not seem to be working.

Are you try to remove the var/* please remove the var/* and pub/statics/* and recompile the LESS to CSS in Magento 2.
