I am running a start up based out of LA, California. My company builds e-commerce websites using magento for small businesses. We are looking for a way to grow our template selection. With your developer package, you claim to allow unlimited domain use. Does this mean with 350 dollars we can use/re-use an unlimited amount of your templates with our clients. Once we select a template and integrate it with their system, they client will own that template for good? Do you guys have an API we could use on our website, so clients can view your template through our site?

A : You can use our themes for your client’s sites yes. However in case your clients have problem with the themes and need technical support, you will be the one requesting our support directly, not your clients.
Q : Do you guys have an API we could use on our website, so clients can view your template through our site?
A : We do not have an API. Maybe you could put up a banner on your site that redirects to our demo showcase at : http://demo.ubertheme.com so your clients could go there and choose a theme.
