HI, we have Magento 1.5.1.0 store up and running, in order to migrate Data as per Ub Data Migration, we need to update the 1.5.1.0 to 1.6.x. May I know how this is done, and also want to know how long will take to migrate for 90,000 order(sales) data?

if all 90,000 records are migrated successfully and later tomorrow we have 90,100 records, should the migration begin from the start or will it continue from where it has stopped?

Hi Deepak,
We’d like to update further below:
we need to update the 1.5.1.0 to 1.6.x. May I know how this is done,
One option is to dump M 1.5.x database and import it into a separate database in your MySQL.
Then you install a fresh M1.6.0.2 (or higher) using the database created above.
After you complete the installation, you use the Magento 1.6.0.2 database as the source database.

This might vary depending on your specific server capacity. In theory, it might take 1 hour or above to migrate 90,000 orders.
