After the migration, the we lost the theme on front end. On the backend, only the dash board working, I tried to click on orders, products, nothing shows, only the circle is running.

That is normally task in deploy time of Magento2. After you have installed a new theme or extension that is a required task.

after I apply the static content, the back end seems working now. But the front end doesn’t import the menu so it shows nothing. I remember last time when I import, it shows the menu bar and I can browse products. So maybe I need a bit of help to import the theme or menu only.
