We have a Magento 2.2.x site that has already had a data import of products, orders, and customers using a different solution provider’s import script. We now need to do a delta import of just orders and customers. However the other solution provider is not being helpful so we are looking at purchasing and using your import tool. My question is, is it possible to do a delta import of new orders and customers from the M1 site using your tool if there’s already existing order and customer data from a different import script?

We’d like to answer your questions below:

If you decide to use our migration tool, you will need to migrate from the ground up. The delta functionality is only possible if you did the first migration using our migration tool.
is it possible to do a delta import of new orders and customers from the M1 site using your tool if there’s already existing order and customer data from a different import script?
As explained above, the delta migration using our tool is not possible in this case.
