When I try to download Data Migration Pro, it just gives me a file called “UB” it has no extension and I don’t see a way to unzip/untar the file. It looks like it’s supposed to be a folder.. maybe, but yeah the file it completely unusable to me 🙁

Im using Firefox Developer Edition and sure enough when I tried Google Chrome, it worked just fine. Thanks!

We are using 3.2.3 of your plugin and we just recently upgraded to Magento 2.4 and now when we go to the page in the admin, it shows the admin navigation and then our homepage in the body area, instead of the migration pro interface. Any idea of what’s going on?
Oh we also recently changed the public directory to the “pub” directory as per the security recommendations. I thought I would mention that just in case that might be the issue?

You should consider upgrading to our UB Data Migration Pro v3.2.4 which is fully compatible with Magento 2.4 instead.
Meanwhile, we notice that your subscription has just expired. Since our technical support requires an active subscription, please consider renewing your subscription. This also grants you access to the upcoming release of the module too.
