error message while installing theme

Hello,
Im getting the following error message when installing the theme MegaMall.
Fatal error: Class ‘Mage_Jmbasetheme_Helper_Data’ not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\matech24.com\app\Mage.php on line 547
Im using the upgraded theme MegaMall (upgrade date is the 20.05. 2015)

I’m using magento 1.9.1.0

I need a closer look to detect the root of the issue. Please provide me the url, admin and FTP credentials of your site.
