Hi,
I have facing the issue in data migration pro extension while connecting the database

Hi Kumar, 
The error 500 screenshot indicated that your M1 database had db prefix, however, you had not specified that prefix in the Step 1 setting. Please check again.

Hi there, 
We wonder if you already perform additional required steps as noted in the Readme manual that comes packed with your download package. In order to see the customers, reindexing is a required step. 
Regarding the Delta migration feature, please refer to the Readme mentioned above to learn more.

Hi there, 
Yes, you need to copy the media files as instructed in Section 6.1. Copy media files in the Readme manual. 
And make sure you perform all the required steps noted in the Readme.
