We are having a problem where our customers make an account with our site, but when they go to log back in, they can’t. I have tried to open a ticket about this in the past, but didn’t get far. They had suggested deleting two “login” files and I think I did, but nothing changed on the site. Would someone please be able to help me with this? Our site is http://www.bvsportgroup.com
