Hi Zotezo,
You can follow instruction in the readme file (in your download package) to install UB Data Migration Lite.
This tutorial guide -- https://youtu.be/Jvr8d3OeB8M -- is for Pro version, however the installation steps are the same.
Please note your Magento 2 (CE) should be a fresh installation.
Hope that helps.

In the download package I have not found any installations instructions. It contains only UB with unknown file format. How to get the installations instruction and proper file to start migration,
Thanks,
Zotezo
Hi Zotezo,
Once you download the file from https://www.ubertheme.com/magento-extensions-2-x/magento-2-data-migration-tool/, you should see the app folder and the file readme.txt as follows:
UBDataMigrationLite-Package.1.0.6
- App
- readme.txt
You should check this video tutorial as well: https://youtu.be/Jvr8d3OeB8M
Please help to check again.

Hi,
We are using Magento 1.9.1.1 with unirgy as multi vendor module and several third party addons. We wish to update it to Magento latest 2 with all data.I need your help in this concern.can you please do this migration work?
Thanks,
Tech
Hi Tech,
Our migration tool only handles the core Magento database migration at the moment. For third party add ons, it will be better to check with your add-on providers, if those extensions for Magento 2 are in place, re-installing them in your new store once again is way easier.
Sincerely,
An Nguyen
Third party extension is different. What about unirgy.Product data linked with vendor, purchase order data. How to manage that?Contacted with unirgy they have released the addons for magento 2.But for unirgy related data how to update that?
I see. But at this phase, we could not cover the migration related to 3rd party add ons. We will consider how we can scope with this type of data in the upcoming updates. Anyway, it will take us time, as you can see there are a wide range of extensions out there, how to standardize those data set is an important question.
Sorry for not being of much help for now.
Sincerely,
An Nguyen
Hello,
I have seen there is some improvements on UB Data Migration Pro V3.0 where we can migrate existing 1.9.1.1 based store to Magento ver. 2.1.6.We have contacted with plugins developers maximum module is available for magento 2.0.But I am concerning about data of the third party modules and plugins including our multi vendor module.
What will be that data? Will you help in that concern?
How that data will migrate?
Thanks,
Dwaipayan
Hi Dawipayan,
Yes, we implemented incremental update to our migration tool recently, yet the 3rd party extension data remains beyond scope of our support. We focus on core Magento database only.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi Dawipayan,
I’d like to answer your questions below:
What is the cost of these addon?
Our UB Data Migration Pro extension 3 months package price is $399, as indicated here.
What magento core data will migrate?
You can find full Magento core data that our tool helps to migrate here, and here.
Also the plugins data that is related with core data how it will migrated? We are using unirgy multi vendor module how that will be migrated?
As explained before, our tool does not support to migrate data of 3rd party plugins. For a close look into how our migration tool work, you can take a look at this tutorial video.
Hope that helps.
