Do you see the message with full store age in the table catalog_category_product_index_tmp ?

And contact to your hosting provider to get help about that issue.

I have changed in my:
/etc/mysql/mysq.conf
tmp_table_size=512M
max_heap_table_size=512M
It´s working now.
