redirect error to top – interaction issue

The pager feature you mentioned referred to the core M2 feature.
 
Actually, the product blocks on the Home page you enabled are the custom changes beyond the default UB Bookshop theme. Due to our current high workload, we could not help with the customization at the moment.
 
Meanwhile, if you still want to move forward with that custom change, please consider using infinite loading, instead of using multiple Blocks with pagers on the Home page.

PS. The UB Bookshop theme has not been updated recently due to our limited resources. We’d like to offer you a newer theme UB Atoms (here) for free so that you can switch your project to this premium theme. Please let us know if you want to move forward with this option.

I am sorry for getting back to you this late as our team has just been back from our weekend. 

hi, we activated infinite loading for catalog product list widget earlier. But it is not working, still showing pagination. Do you have any idea what could be going on there?

I wonder if you already insert 1 widget using the UB Products Grid Default template like this one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a72uz88d43075vt/2021-06-14_08-48-39.png?dl=0. 

Anyway, please let me know a specific Block/Widget you are working & provide me your site info: 

• URL and Admin credentials of your M2 instance
• SSH credentials of your M2 instance
• Let me know the path to the M2 folder

Our dev team takes a look to the product grids template.

I have checked your instance and seen that you have not configured as noted in the Reply #4 above.
 
So, please update the configuration as follows:
 
Step 1: Go to admin > Content > Elements > Blocks > Product Tab1 COM (ub-bookshop-products-tab) > Click the Widget icon (like this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wmnbowtacucu3hy/2021-06-14_14-43-37.png?dl=0)
 
Step 2: Then select the value: Template > UB Products Grid Default (like screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l43riv9yhf4iivl/2021-06-14_14-44-39.png?dl=0) 
 
Step 3: Save and Flush Magento Cache.

hi UB team, I don’t appreciate you pushing the current issue to customization. This is not about customization. This is an error regarding standard feature ‘infinite loading’ with standard backend settings in the UB Bookshop theme.

I’ve checked and made the following updates to solve that issue: 

1. Upgraded UbThemeHelper module (v1.0.5) to a newer version -- UbThemeHelper (v1.0.7): app\code\Ubertheme\UbThemeHelper
2. And updated the code in the file: app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/bookshop/Ubertheme_UbThemeHelper/templates/product/widget/content/default_grid.phtml

And the infinite loading issue has been resolved (Please see this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gxyp8xybe3w1948/2021-06-22_14-30-41.png?dl=0 (for Block: NEW PRODUCTS)

We still run into an issue with infinite loading. If we activate it for 3 different products tab blocks on the default store view:

We’re afraid that feature is not supported in the UB Bookshop yet.
 
Meanwhile, for such block with multiple product tabs, please consider using Products Carousel which is available in UB Bookshop by default.
 
If you still want to apply Infinite Load More to the product block with multiple tabs, customization will be needed (this is beyond the scope of our standard support though).

We’d like to clarify a little bit further below: 

Issue #1: I would like to emphasize that this thread starts with an issue with pagination. That issue is still there.

For this issue “When activating a link ór arrow icon by clicking on it you are redirected to top of the page, customer stays not on the same level of the block and needs to scroll down the page.”, we did explain the reason of the issue in our reply #1:
The pager feature you mentioned referred to the core M2 feature.

Issue #2: Of the 2 ways to displaying larger numbers of products in a block, 1 doesn’t work well, the other doesn’t work at all.

As explained in our reply #18, we’re afraid that enabling infinite loading on multiple product tab blocks is not supported in the UB Bookshop yet. By default, the theme enables the Infinite Loading feature for a single Product Block on the homepage, not ready for Product Blocks in a Tab yet.
 
We wonder if you did try using Products Carousel to add multiple product tabs as we suggested.
