Hi,
Last week we moved our site to the root folder.
The move went smooth, no errors or other strange things.
The only thing now is, is that some pictures are not showing.
They do not show in the category nor product page.
I checked on the server and they are there.
What can I do to solve this?

Hi Hans,
I think you missing reindex data when you move site. Please try it. if you not success please PM me your site’s url, admin and ftp credentials, I’ll detect the root of issue for troubleshooting.

clearing cashes and reindexing doesn’t fix the problem…

With me it looks like http://fotolooman.nl/media/missing_pic.jpg in every browser. Cleaned the cache, restarted windows etc. nothing helps…

Hi Hans.
I tried many time with image from your site. but not success. I don’t know why maybe your hosting now have access read the file older. When i’m tried upload new file with new name it’s show up.
Please help me remove all old image and upload the new image with product not have photo show.
