Where is the user guide?

Thanks, I didn’t realize it moves, the question is can you guys see guys in the forum? I thought it was permission issue, or it’s never been there? I can see guides from other themes.

Yes have problem seeing the guide, almost every single image URL are broken in this guide,

I also don’t get it what it means as following:
