Yes, if you wish to keep product’s IDs only, let’s provide me the admin credentials, ssh credentials and web root path of your Magento2 instance. I will check further and add more tweak code of our tool to help you keep product’s IDs.

unfortunatelly I can not provide that due to company policies, your team helped me with the same thing but for customers sending me some code, can we do the same thing here? please?

What is the version of our tool in your instance now? We have added more settings options to keep original IDs of products and customers… from version 3.1.0 and later. That’s built-in features of our tool now.

I did, and what I’m seeing is that you want me to re-purchase the extension when I already paid for that, there is no reason to limit my purchase to be downloaded in 3 months. Im not asking for a version after my period expired, just the last one before it expired and I should be able to do that, every other site works that way.
I tried sending a couple emails back but got no response. again, My suggestions made your product better. since Im pretty sure you added the options to keep the old product and customer IDS because me and maybe a few other of your customers requested that.

Our apology for the mistaken info, the feature Keep Original IDs for products… are available since Pro ver3.1.0, not Pro ver3.0.0 as our first reply (we already corrected this info above).
Within your old subscription, you still have access to Pro ver3.1.0, however due to the limitation of our download system, we have to send you this package manualy via email. Kindly check the download link we’ve just sent to you.
For Pro ver3.1.1 which is for Magento 2.2.0 only, you need to renew your subscription though.
