I have run a test migration and catagories, attribute sets, etc were all migrated into their respective “categories default migrated” instead of “categories default”, same with attributes, etc. This installation only has 1 store. Is it possible to migrate into the “category default”, attributes default, etc instead of into a new root that has “migrated” in the name/description? Thanks.

Migrating into a new object is required for our migration tool at present. Anyway you can edit the name of the Root category and Attribute Sets after migrating though.
