Multiple things not working on multiple stores

We are a member of your Developer package and regularly use your theme’s to develop Magento websites for our customers.

We currently have a few issues with your techzone theme. We are in the process of building a magento image, that will be used to deploy all our future sites.

We are looking for both file changes/fixes for the below problems as well as INSTRUCTIONS on how to fix the following issues that relate to your theme.

Techzone -- Techzone
1) When you open the UBShopby sidebar on the product grid (list.phtml), it stops you scrolling on the page, and stops UBAjaxload from working. 4) When You have an minimum item quantity set -- and add less than the minimum it does not display an error message.
5) When you select a subcategory (2nd level category from) from the UBShopby menu, the menu disappears. This needs to e displayed all the time

I am happy to provide you access to the server so that you can look at the environment. However, I do not want you to just fix the issues on this server as it is only a demo and not our master image (though the file and code is the same, the demo site just has products and images pre-installed where the master image does not).

Please provide instructions on how to fix the issues above.
Also, how do we access the developer premium support?
