Aug 30, 2019 Update: UB Content Slider v1.1.4 with Product Image Hotspot and Lookbook now available.
Allow us to introduce you to Image Hotspot -- a new light, beneficial add-on that is built on top of our [M2] UB Content Slider module. Here’s a short overview of this new feature that we’re working on at present.
With Image Hotspot feature, it allows you to upload any static image and add various hotspots (any number possible) over that image. When you hover a hotspot, key product information like product title, thumbnail and price will be highlighted as a layer over the image like this screenshot:

You can click on the product title and get redirected to a popup where you can view full product details, add the item to cart right within the popup, or click to go to the product detail page.
And the best part is that the image with hotspots is responsive and fits well even in mobile and tablets.
After you have created a hotspot, you can manipulate it in a variety of ways within UB Content Slider configuration panel: moving a hotspot, deleting a hotspot, resizing a hotspot.
